A hit-and-run accident occurred on Sunday around 9:05 p.m. on I-95 southbound in Bensalem Township, Lower Bucks County, injuring a 28-year-old Bristol man. Pennsylvania State Police responded to the scene and determined that the crash involved a 2004 Chevrolet Tahoe and another vehicle that did not stop. The unidentified vehicle was found to be following the Tahoe too closely for the road conditions, leading to the collision. The impact caused the Tahoe to lose control and overturn, finally resting on the left shoulder. Fortunately, the Bristol man operating the Tahoe sustained only a minor leg injury and refused an ambulance ride to a local hospital. If the responsible vehicle is located, the driver will be cited for following too closely.
