Marian AyAydeh
Bucks County Paralegal / Interpreter for Personal Injury Cases
Paralegal for Personal Injury Cases, Medical Office Management, and Interpreter / Translator, Kats, Jamison & Associates
Marian has an Interpreter Certification for the CMIT Program from Penn State University at Abington.
She has been working in the personal injury field for almost 10 years. She started in 2016–2017 with a PI attorney and then transitioned largely to the medical side, managing injury treatment provider offices. She has worked with patients from the first day they arrived at the doctor’s office in need of critical care to begin their recovery journey, to seeing them discharged with the best possible outcome. Throughout that process, she ensured that patients received exceptional care from staff and providers while handling various aspects of their cases. Her work ranged from assisting with therapy modalities and dealing directly with insurance on behalf of patients, to making sure they were referred to the appropriate specialists for their needs.
Marian has always been fully aware of the discrepancies and dilemmas that can arise from a lack of proper dialogue, whether with providers or attorneys. Over the years, she has assisted several law offices in bridging that gap with their clients. She strives to facilitate clear communication so that any language barrier is not the primary concern, allowing the true essence of each client’s needs to be addressed.
Now that Marian is back on the legal side, she is well-versed in the full scope of each individual client’s case from start to finish. She ensures that clients are set up with the understanding and tools they need to achieve a successful outcome. In cases with special circumstances, she enjoys exploring new options and devoting time to investigation and research to leave no stone unturned. Having worked directly with patients on the medical side, Marian relates deeply to her clients and is driven to secure the best possible outcomes for them.
