Jennifer L. Sagot

Jennifer L. Sagot is an attorney with over 22 years of experience fighting for
the rights of injured workers in both the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the
State of New Jersey.

Jennifer prides herself in the connections and relationships she has built over
the years with her clients. She is a passionate advocate, understanding that a work-
related injury not only affects her clients’ ability to perform their job, but can also
have a substantial impact on their personal and family life. Some work injuries are
devastating and prevent individuals from returning to work. In those cases, Jennifer
has also brought claims before the Social Security Administration on behalf of her
clients obtaining Social Security Disability benefits.

Jennifer has dedicated her career to holding employers and insurance
companies accountable for the rightful benefits owed to her clients for injuries they
sustained while on the job. She prides herself in obtaining the maximum
compensation owed through settlement or trial and has successfully handled
thousands of cases securing favorable decisions and large lump sum settlements
for her clients.

Jennifer graduated from Albright College with a Bachelor of Science degree in
1997. She went on to obtain her Juris Doctorate degree from Western Michigan
University School of Law (Thomas M. Cooley) in 2001. Jennifer is admitted to the bar
of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of
Pennsylvania, and the Supreme Court of New Jersey. She is a member of the PA Bar
Association and the Bucks County Bar Association.

A lifelong resident of the greater Philadelphia area, Jennifer lives in Bucks
County, PA. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her greatest
accomplishment- her three daughters, Elizabeth, Grace and Lillian.
