Attorneys are evaluated on factors that may include their reputation, leadership, professional achievements, settlements and verdicts, involvement in trial lawyer organizations, and other professional recognition.
Selection is limited by state or geographic region, and attorneys are reevaluated annually to determine continued eligibility.
Decades of Trial Experience Serving the Philadelphia Area
Marina Kats has practiced law in the Greater Philadelphia area since 1988.
After graduating cum laude from Temple University, she earned her Juris Doctor from Temple University Beasley School of Law. She later returned to Temple to earn an LL.M. in Trial Advocacy, pursuing advanced education specifically focused on the skills required inside the courtroom.
In 1995, Marina founded Kats, Jamison & Associates, which has grown into a litigation firm serving clients throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York.
